Brief Introduction

Structure Features
The body features a high-strength tensile shell or die-cast aluminum case with thin-walled precision manufacturing for compact size, light weight, and high strength. The separate speed-adjusting system includes a sealed 2-coaxial transmission speed gear mechanism with long-service oil bath lubrication.
The electric hoist uses a powder metallurgy clutch for overload protection and a DC magnetic field brake disc for stable, rapid braking with minimal noise. Custom capacity, lifting height, and types are available upon request.

  1. Shell: Light aluminum alloy with cooling fins for 40% faster heat dissipation, suitable for chemical plants and electroplating factories.
  2. Support Frame: Two steel plates for extreme sturdiness.
  3. Side Magnetic Braking Device: Latest design for instant braking when power is cut off, ensuring loading safety.
  4. Transformer: 24V/36V/48V/10V device prevents accidents from electric leakage and ensures safe use in rain.
