European style single girder top running end carriage of crane is a popular and cost-effective lifting equipment used in a variety of fields and sectors, such as manufacturing, minning, chemical industry and steel mills. The overhead crane comes in four main configurations, including single/double girder, end carriage, top running and underhung system. Product Installation:

 

1. Connecting Plate Installation

Put the connection plate on the top of end carriage, Align the

Positioning Pin Hole and put the flexible positioning pins of onto

the holeφ10x30 into the hole to fix the connection plate.Connect

the connection plate and end carriage with bolt M16x70.

2. Wheel Installation

Press the two bearings into the two sides of wheels and then

put it into the end carriage; Fix the wheels with shaft and shaft sleeve.

Fix the shaft with the shaft platen; Fix the shaft platen with Bolts.

3. Seal Plate and Rubber buffer installation

Install the Rubber buffer onto seal plate and then fixed the seal plate onto the two ends of the end carriage with bolts.

4. Current Collector Mounting Plate Installation

This mounting plate is used for Current Collector Bracket installation at site.Remove the mounting plate when install the Current Collector Bracket, Welding the bracket onto the mounting plate and then fix the mounting plate onto the End carriage with Bolts.
