General description

Wire rope electric hoist is a kind of small-sized lifting equipment, which can be installed independently working in steel or H-steel, but also with the single girder bridge crane, hoist double girder bridge crane, gantry crane and hoist jib crane hoisting equipment.

Wire rope electric hoist main have CD1 type and MD1 type;HC type and HM type wire rope electric hoist. Normally, CD1 type wire rope electric hoist working speed is 8 m/min; MD1 type wire rope electric hoist working speed is 0.8/ 8 m/min.CD1 and MD1 type wire rope electric hoist lifting capacity from 0.25ton to 16ton.CD and MD wire rope electric hoist is a light lifting equipments.

HC type and HM type wire rope electric hoist is a heavy duty lifting equipments. HC type electric hoist working speed is single speed, HM type electric hoist working speed is double speed; HC and HM type wire rope electric hoist lifting capacity from 16ton to 80ton.

Hoists parts description

1. Motor: Motor is usting for hoist trolley travel and hoist lifting, our supplier brand is Nanjing motor, Nanjing special motor etc. or as your requirement.
2. Gear box: gear box is usting for hoist lifting, under 16ton capacity always use round shape gear box, more than 16ton capacity always adopt square shape. It is made by our factory, all the gears inside through heat treatment to keep its long using life.
3. Rope guide: rope guide can arrange the wire rope to reeving on drum orderly, to prevent the wire rope from winding disorderly. We have cast iron or steel rope guide.
4. Remote control have wired type and wireless type, it can be choosed by your requirement, its features are with waterproof protection, light and durable.
5. Hook is the sling for hoist, we have our own forge workshop, to keep the quality of forge hook, with 360 degree rotation and high bearing strength.
6. We have normal wire rope and galvanized type wire rope, mainly adopt Chinese top quality wire rope brand such as GSR.
7. It can keep the hoist lift within suitable lift height, when the goods lift to max height, the power will be cutted automatically.
